The location is unbeatable, but the service and good energy of Mohamed made our experiencie a dream come true.
All the details included in the room made our stay as best as can be.
We will come back to keep experiencing Santorini through Top Oia.

Without a doubt one of the nicest places we have stayed in many ways. Mohamed, who greeted us and walked us through, is a gentleman (and I mean that quite literally) - one of the most caring, smiling, and available hosts ever. We felt that he genuinely cared and wanted to ensure that we had a great time. The place was spotless. And THE VIEW! We cannot gush enough about the terrace and the setting!
Incredible! It is above the main walking-only street of the town, perched at eye-level with not one but two of the blue domes which do not in any way obstruct your view. The apartment sits perfectly to provide a view of almost all of Oia, the entire inner coast of Santorini, and the caldera (the volcanic remains of the islands and cliffs which form Santorini and the sea). High on the cliffs several other towns are visible including Fira and you can even see the cruise ships in the distance (docked in Fira). We cannot imagine a more perfect setting in Santorini and in fact, we recommend Oia (more elegant and peaceful) above Fira (with its jumble of tiny streets, cruise ship mobs, and insane traffic).
Oia curves (from east to west) down a hillside toward the caldera and you can see the entire eastern part of town sparkling white in the daytime and the twinkling lights at night. It is magical. It has a glorious sunrise (even visible from the bed), and a hint of the sunset (a big deal in Oia). From the terrace, you can glimpse the sunset beginning, then simply leave the apartment, and walk the 2-minute route to the western end of Oia and, along with those gathered, watch the amazing display. Truly, we spent more time on that terrace than in any hotel or apartment we have ever stayed. We walked to the nearby market, stocked our fridge with fruit, yogurt, snack foods, and wine and we had breakfast there every morning and cocktails before dinner. Perfection.

The location is perfection, right near Panagias church in Oia. Even in peak season in August with such massive crowds you can not hear any noise from inside the cave apartment. The location is so busy yet you feel the apartment is tucked away in it’s private space. The apartment was very spacious and very clean.
Mohammad the apartment manager is by far the best , he welcomed us with open arms like we are family . He met us at the bus station and assisted us with our luggage advised us we can contact him on WhatsApp at any time of the day / night if we needed anything . He is such a gentlemen.

Our host, Muhammed, was fantastic! We enjoyed speaking with him on many occasions. He was great! And the location was perfect for being right in the middle of the action. Couldn't have been a better location!

Mohamed was the best, always there if we needed him, whether it be helping with our bags up the stairs, giving us advice on restaurants, helping us with a transfer, he is so attentive. The location of our apartment was excellent, overlooking Caldera's view and the volcano. The main market is just outside the building.

Best position ever, with great view (photo are exactly what you can see from your terrace).

By the way we suggest Oia to stay in Santorini, definitely the best place on the Island.

Stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days, was a little bit concerned about what the actual place was going to be like due to the photos and reviews.
But wow this place was incredible. Definitely worth the money if your happy to spend. We got a ferry in to Santorini and got a taxi into Oia which cost about 40 Euro.
We met Mohamed the host who helped us with luggage to walk to the Apartment. (Short walk up a few stairs). He was a great help with recommendations for beach’s restaurants and beach’s. The property was nice inside good size but the balcony and the views were incredible! You will seriously not get a better view in Oia!!
definitely recommend hiring a quad bike to see the rest of the island while your there!

The property is in the best location in Oia. Everything is in walking distance yet the property is very quiet. The room was larger than expected, extremely comfortable bed, great aircon and huge balcony with amazing views.

Best value property in Santorini!
The location of the property was right in the centre of Oia, only a minutes walk from the bus station and the town centre. If you’re looking for central accommodation the location could not be better!
The apartment was so large and clean and had all the facilities we needed.
Our host, Mohammed was so kind and helpful. He picked us up from the bus station and showed us to the apartment and around Oia. We needed to receive our bond back the night before as we had to check out at 4am the following day and he allowed us to do so with no issues. Thank you!

Our host Mohamed was great ... met us at the public bus stop and ensured we got to the place safely, very helpful, courteous and caring. The location and view from the patio was top notch. The place was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Loved dinning on the patio!

The hotel Top Oia is very well located in the central and most beautiful part of the island of Santorini (Oia). The room we stayed in was quite spacious and had a lovely view. The service was very friendly.

Top Oia is centrally located, walking distance to see the beautiful sunset of Oia, Santorini. It was clean, nice and affordable. I was surprised to see the kitchenette, to fix our simple breakfast. The two bed rooms apartment was spacious enough for my husband & adult son, and the free wifi was helpful. Most of all, the owner lady was quite friendly and helpful.

We booked at Top Oia for 4 nights in early July 2015. When booking, we specified we were 2 adults with 2 young children (11 & 3 years old). We asked for photos of the specific apartment we were actually booking. Vicky, the owner, sent them and confirmed by email : " the specific apartment has the best caldera and sea view in Oia, has one double king size bed and one sofa bed... so it is comfortable for the kids and of course kitchenette fully equipped... continental breakfast and free soft drinks and one bottle of wine for you every day. " Actually, when arriving, we realized we were at a completely different place : - We were not at Top Oia but on the other side of the hill (next to Oia mare villas) very low with lot of steps to climb down and up back to the main street. -…

Best room we stayed in so far. Amazing view on all sides. Fully equipped with kitchenette and host Vicky is divine. She told us all the best places to eat and where to see the sunset. Right in the heart of Oia tourist district.

I travelled to Santorini end of March as a short get away. Booked this hotel after reading the positive comments on TripAdvisor and booking.com. It was true. Vicky the lady in charge was amazing..i had to arrive early since the flights didnt match my check in times. However Vicky organised my pick up from the airport and was ready to greet me and even help me with the luggage by 7am. She informed me about the best views and places to explore in the island. The best was the Catamaran tour which was a first time experience for me..i even saw the sunset being in the yacht and made many friends that day (The tour is inclusive of a scrumptious lunch wine and beer and plenty of music) The apartments are clean,spacious and homely complete with a fridge and other kitchen equipment. We had a great one night stay. The Top Oia was very affordable. The room was clean. We didn't have a view since we were in a basement unit, but the location of the hotel is very convenient. The hotel staff were so friendly. They arranged transportation to and from both the ferry port and the airport for us.

What a dream! We booked the property on a whim and while we were only there for one night, we wish we could have stayed for a month. We booked the cave apartment on the first floor. Although there are no "views," the location can't be beat! The bathroom is attached and there's a small kitchenette - enough to boil water and make ramen! The property is located centrally in Oia, a minute from one of the best views in Santorini. Also, there aren't many stairs to climb, which can be a big plus. Vicky was wonderful and made us feel at home. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and detailed instructions on how to get to the property using public transport. a big bedroom with three beds. ( two double beds and one couch bed).sunny and warm and pleasant plus clean and airy. very cheerful looking . has a great terrace with chairs and table. breakfast brought to the terrace each morning. little kitchen area with fridge with complimentary drinks. manager nice and friendly and helpful. beds comfortable. warm atmosphere. bathroom small and shower small but adequate for 2. will recommend this place and may come back if we come back to Santorini.

We stayed in the top floor room with balcony of this small b&b in Oia, next to the church that is in Oia's main square. Idyllic views, very friendly staff and service. Clean, with modern bath (very small) and kitchenette, with free wifi. A great place to stay. Highly recommend. The church bells are loud, however.

This apartment is incredible! you get a balcony with caldera view, that really is the TOP! you get to see two blue dome churches, just 10m from you. We woke up for the sunrise (with nobody on the street of Oia) and had breakfast on the large balcony - with the blue dome right in front of us. The room is quite big, with windows on each side of the room. Unlike the other apartments in oia in the newly built hotels on the caldera side, you have complete privacy - nobody can see you from the street, because you are above them. When walking around Oia, we saw a lot of people in their jacuzis/sunbathing in the new hotels, which is something I´d hate after paying the high amount their apartments must have cost.

Superb location, fantastic views and service. We wouldn’t have stayed anywhere else. The kitchenette was perfect it meant we could make our own meals and enjoy them on the deck whilst enjoying the stunning view. ( there are a couple of mini markets within walking distance. Mohammed was so helpful and obliging, with organising the airport transfers and providing the umbrella for our deck etc. Thank you for a fabulous stay, it made staying in Oia even more enjoyable

Location and the large veranda with views of caldera were excellent for staying in Oui. Liked the deco and great bed.

The view was BEYOND IMPRESSIVE. Thankfully we got the room with the view it was worth every penny. Mohammed was almost more awesome than the view. If I go back to Santorini I will for sure be staying there.

Mohammad was so great! Easy to communicate with, even tracked us down to help us find the right location. It was also nice to chat with him. The room as beautiful and in the best location! We were very happy with our stay.
